Artificial intelligence to see how the pandemic has affected the students

An artificial intelligence programme will work on detecting emotional health problems derived from the pandemic among Catalan students. A space will be set up in schools for students to express their emotions.

In addition, there will be a travelling installation for students to share their experiences and express their feelings and concerns. The pilot programme will then start, artificial intelligence will identify the key words and the referral of cases to the health system will begin.

The Department of Education and Health will take the opportunity to ask students how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected their emotional health. In addition, it is planned to reinforce the psycho-pedagogical counselling teams with an additional 100 professionals.
